The Mission for America is a playbook for total economic mobilization — modeled on the U.S. economic mobilization for World War II.
Public institutions led the transformation, and industry participated voluntarily, with many industry leaders serving in public coordination roles — with greater energy, efficiency, and creativity as a result.
